Welcome to the Accountants Blog!
Welcome. This blog was created by a fellow CPA in public accounting. It was created with the idea that accountants from all firms and all cities could post anonymously and discuss specific topics of conversation ranging from salaries to work hours to office politics, etc. All should be able to make anonymous posts which should open up the lines of communication. Feel free to discuss anything you'd like. Please feel free to suggest a new Topic that you'd like to comment on and I'll activate the Topic and all can comment/discuss whatever they'd like.

So we can post both postiive and negative comments? Complain about getting underpaid and overworked?
How about crappy admin who think they don't work for the staff? Can we post about that?
yes, the admins are definitely a problem where I work as well. They cater to the managers and partners and yet refuse to do a thing for the staff and seniors. I actually feel like I work for the admins half the time.
Can you start a list of 'What they won't tell you in Recruiting' or 'What I wish I would have known'?
